Features:
Bafalt big bag bitumen facility: Bafalt brand hot oil generator is coupled to the big bag furnace, providing fast melting thanks to its high heated surface area and allows the melted bitumen stored immediately in its own lower reservoir without losing heat thanks to insulation. Bitumen is allowed to be transferred to the service tanks through automation when pump pulling degree is ahieved.

2 items of service tanks with 50 m3 capacity
1 item of bigbag furnace It consists of 1 automation cabin, and the capacity of the service tanks can be increased according to the customer’s request, or the melted bitumen can be sent to the depot area.

- Thanks to the two MONORAY CRANES in the Bafalt bitumen bigbag furnace, two bigbag packages can be placed in the furnace from the right or left at the same time, very quickly. In this way, the principle of high efficiency is taken into account by saving time.
- There are 4 bitumen bigbag loading bunkers on the Bafalt bitumen bigbag furnace. Bitumen bigbag loading covers are air pneumatic and thanks to their easy opening and closing, labor force is reduced to minimum level.
- Bafalt bitumen bigbag furnace operates in coupled with the service tanks, it communicates with the help of ready bitumen automation and transfers the bitumen to the service tanks.
- Bafalt bitumen bigbag facility bitumen valves operate integrated with automation since they can be opened and closed through automatic actuated valve.
